Wellness Outreach Coordinator
Weekly Hours: 5–7 hours
Role Brief Description: Develop and lead health-focused workshops (mental, physical, financial) for students and families. Coordinate events around nutrition, budgeting, and stress management in partnership with local schools.

Environmental Action Lead
Weekly Hours: 3–5 hours
Role Brief Description: Organize community clean-up days and school-based recycling initiatives. Teach environmental stewardship through faith-based values.

Youth Mentorship Ambassador
Weekly Hours: 4–6 hours
Role Brief Description: Provide mentoring and vocational guidance to students. Support career exploration, resume writing, and leadership development in alignment with the church’s vocational and spiritual pillars.

Social Media & Tech Ministry Partner
Weekly Hours: 4–6 hours
Role Brief Description: Manage church social platforms, design graphics, and schedule engaging wellness content aligned with the seven dimensions. Support livestreams and monitor digital engagement.

Family Bridge Builder
Weekly Hours: 6–8 hours
Role Brief Description: Facilitate family support groups and connect families to resources (counseling, financial assistance, spiritual care). Build stronger family foundations rooted in Christ’s love.

Prayer & Spiritual Wellness Partner
Weekly Hours: 3–4 hours
Role Brief Description: Lead or support prayer circles, scripture study, and spiritual wellness check-ins for youth and adults in the community. Provide compassionate spiritual guidance and active listening.

Community Events Host
Weekly Hours: 4–6 hours
Role Brief Description: Coordinate community-facing church events such as wellness fairs, talent showcases, and family activity nights. Celebrate the joy of togetherness through hospitality and service.

Financial Literacy Coach
Weekly Hours: 3–5 hours
Role Brief Description: Teach budget basics, saving strategies, and responsible stewardship. Partner with schools to deliver tailored financial literacy sessions for teens and young adults.

Outreach & Community Service Coordinator
Weekly Hours: 6–8 hours
Role Brief Description: Serve as the heartbeat of The Table’s external engagement. Build relationships with schools, nonprofits, and local service organizations. Plan and lead volunteer service initiatives that reflect all seven dimensions of wellness, food drives, health fairs, mentoring events, and justice-centered programs.

Sound Engineer & Tech Lead
Weekly Hours: 5–7 hours
Role Brief Description: Set up and operate church sound systems for worship and events. Work alongside musicians and AV specialists to ensure high-quality audio experiences.

Audio/Video Production Specialist
Weekly Hours: 5–8 hours
Role Brief Description: Record, edit, and produce church services and community events. Collaborate on wellness media projects for online and school partnerships.

Strategic Ministry Planner
Weekly Hours: 5–8 hours
Role Brief Description: Partner with leadership to design long-term ministry goals. Analyze growth opportunities across all wellness areas and propose initiatives for stronger outreach.

Administrative Assistant (Volunteer Staff)
Weekly Hours: 4–6 hours
Role Brief Description: Provide office support, manage calendars and scheduling, organize files, assist with community correspondence and data entry for outreach programs.

Musician & Worship Artist
Weekly Hours: 3–5 hours (rehearsals + performance)
