 Career Coaching helps individuals discover what they really want to do with their lives and then develop a strategy to achieve it. A career coach helps you to: discover and understand who you really are. identify and clarify what you most want. create and develop strategies for how you will achieve your goals

Personal Development Coaching 

Personal development or life coaching is a form of coaching that focuses entirely on the self. This style of coaching aims to evaluate and assess your current strengths and weaknesses in order to improve a certain aspect of life. They are professionals who specialize in helping people achieve specific goals and overcome obstacles to personal growth. Various areas of focus may include personal development, relationships, business, finance, spirituality, health and wellness.

Transformation Coaching 

Transformation coaching is similar to life coaching. It involves helping people better themselves and their lives by bring about necessary changes. Instead of changing how they act, however, as with life coaching clients, tranformational coaching clients work on changing the way the see themselves. It involves changing their self-image, or perceptions aobut themselves and their limitations. 

Recovery Coaching 

Recovery coaching is a form of strengths-based support for persons with addictions or in recovery from alcohol, other drugs, codependency, or other addictive behaviors.[1] Recovery coaches work with persons with active addictions as well as persons already in recovery. Recovery coaches are helpful for making decisions about what to do with your life and the part your addiction or recovery plays. Recovery coaches help clients find ways to stop addiction (abstinence), or reduce harm associated with addictive behaviors.

 

Academic Coaching 

Academic coaching is a process that helps students take action and move forward in positive directions in theirlives. Through active listening, observing, and asking powerful questions, coaches help students identify goals, developintrinsic motivation, and establish methods for holding themselves accountable. As a result of the coaching process,students have a greater vision for their futures and a broader perspective on the choices and consequences they face intheir lives. 

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is a partnership between a coach and a group of 4-8 like-minded individuals where each participant begins by determining what they want to achieve and then creates a detailed plan to achieve it.

 

Group coaching combines proven coaching tools with the power of group support and accountability to help participants create their own success.
